[Where does ULZZANGMALL send orders from?]

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Korea.

Shipping cost is calculated from korea to the destination country.

Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order..

If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.

All shipments returned to ULZZANGMALL are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable shipments include an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e. no recipient), or unclaimed shipments being held by the courier.
 
What happens if my order is not shipped and is returned to ULZZANGMALL?
If we receive an undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer by email to arrange a new delivery. If the customer is at fault, all reshipments will incur a processing fee and reship fee equal to ULZZANGMALL normal shipping rates. Forwarding fees apply regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges may also apply for return shipping.

Do I have to pay customs duties on my shipment?

When placing an order on ULZZANGMALL, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased product and is responsible for paying customs duties, import duties, goods and services taxes (GST), value added tax (VAT), or similar customs duties. Customs policies vary from country to country and ULZZANGMALL cannot guarantee that your shipment will be subject to customs fees. Check with your local customs office for details.
In addition to customs fees, clients may incur other costs, such as administration or brokerage fees. Handling fees incurred due to customs processing and shipping customs clearance. The customer is responsible for paying the corresponding courier service when making the shipment.
