What happens if my order is not shipped and is returned to ULZZANGMALL?
If we receive an undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer by email to arrange a new delivery. If the customer is at fault, all reshipments will incur a processing fee and reship fee equal to ULZZANGMALL normal shipping rates. Forwarding fees apply regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges may also apply for return shipping.
