What happens if my order is not shipped and is returned to ULZZANGMALL?
If we receive an undeliverable shipment, we will notify the customer by email to arrange a new delivery. Forwarding fees apply regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges may also apply for return shipping.
